1. Are prescriptions needed to order medication?

3. Are you a pharmacy?
Buckaday pharmacy is a prescription arranging service. We arrange products on your behalf from the best pharmacies around the world. Currently we have an active relationship with a pharmacy based out of Mumbai, India that fills prescriptions for our customers. Very soon we will be launching a service where we can offer you high quality brand name products from Turkey.
For providing this prescription arranging service we charge a small service fee of a maximum of 40 cents per day of medication ordered. As a result the maximum you will ever pay for a product at Buckaday pharmacy is the retail price of the product in the country of dispensing plus 40 cents per day. The only way to get medications cheaper would be to fly to India or Turkey and buy them.
4. Are the pharmacies that you arrange products from licensed?
Yes we only arrange products from pharmacies that are licensed in that jurisdiction. Not only this, we also look for accreditations. Our pharmacy in India is licensed by Indian FDA to sell and export pharmaceuticals. In addition our pharmacy is the only pharmacy in the industry that also has an ISO 9002 certification. 5. How much medication can I import?
Customers normally order a 3-month supply of their medication. If you are ordering a refill you have the choice to order more so that you pay for the same shipping charge for more medications. However you can't order more than the number of refills on your prescription.
6. Can medication you send me be returned?
Normally you can't return medications. However, Buckaday Pharmacy offers a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. 8. How is it your medication prices are so much lower than my local drugstore?

12. Is it better for my health to buy brand name medication or a generics?
Any active pharmaceutical ingredient must bear a generic name. This is also the molecular name. All applications to FDA are made under the generic name. Brand name is the name given to it by the pharmaceutical company for marketing purposes. When you buy generic you are buying the same thing as the brand; in many cases even made at the same manufacturing facility; only you are not paying for the huge marketing expenses and so buying it cheaper than the branded version.

13. Will you accept my insurance?
Unfortunately we cannot accept insurance. However we will give you an official receipt in case you can qualify it for reimbursement,. Sorry, we are also unable to adjudicate with U.S. insurance providers. However, you get an official receipt with your order for insurance purposes, to submit for reimbursement.
14. Is shipping Free or how much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is not free, and we are not telling you it is free only to bury the cost in the medication price. Shipping is $10.99 per order irrespective of how many items are in the order. Shipping to destinations outside of the U.S. will incur a shipping charge of $49. While most parcels go to the U.S. we do service clients in 47 countries world-wide. To save even more we encourage you to club orders of your friends and family; if they are living near you so that you can save on shipping costs.
17. How many days shall delivery take?
Your medications are coming from India or Turkey, where you are saving more than 75%. Orders normally ship within 48 hours after we receive ALL documents (prescription, payment information, etc). The average time of delivery is between 2-3 weeks, however, it CAN take up to 4 weeks, so please be patient. We guarantee our products delivery within 4 weeks.
18. What if I have not received my order even after 3 weeks?
At times it can happen, that a few parcels may not make it to their destination on time. It could be due to bad weather, postal delays from the source country or some other uncontrollable factor. In such cases we have an almost perfect solution for you. If you have not received your order in 4 weeks after you placed it, please call our Client Care Specialists and we will arrange to re-ship a new parcel to you, free of charge. Our historical delay ratio since 2005 is less than 0.2% of all orders.
19. Who do I call if I have a question after receiving my med order?

20. What if an item is not in stock?
Although extremely rare, if a product is out of stock we will contact you prior to any substitute and explain your options. With our promise to only offer alternatives that we would give to our own family of equally high quality IF you do not want substitutions then you can decide if you want to cancel the order or wait for the product.
21. Is my personal identifiable information safe?
Yes we value your privacy immensely and have taken steps to keep your information strictly confidential and protect your rights to privacy according to guidelines of the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
23.What payment methods can you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay by check please call our office to coordinate. Please keep in mind that check payments take more than 3 weeks to clear after we receive them and so you should order likewise. Please note that we will not be able to ship your order till the check has not cleared into our bank account.
24. When am I billed/charged?
Credit cards will only be charged after your order is filled and approved by the pharmacist for shipping. All charges will on your statement will appear as "TailStorm" on your statement.
25. Am I breaking laws by ordering medication online?
The importation law states that you can import medications for personal use for a maximum of 90 days use. The FDA obviously frowns on this as do the big pharmaceutical companies as now you, as a consumer, are able to finally afford your medication. Having said this the FDA has been asked to look the other way as there are literally millions of Americans who cannot afford their medication today and if all drug importation were to stop, the US would be in the midst of a health crisis. Historically we have shipped more than 500,000 parcels to other pharmacies customers and we have had less than 0.2% parcels that have been stopped by FDA.
